Went into Bentley's today and was left to stand around for 40minutes without so much as an acknowledgement from any member of staff, including one member of staff who sat in his office on his computer drinking coffee. the Staff then proceeded to welcome other customers and continued to ignore us. Will never go there again. Considering their cars are taking a PR battering at the moment, the least you should be able to expect is an acknowledgement.
