Took my car in for a service. They arrange this together with the MOT for a good price. When I arrived, they were explain what they will do and how long it will take. They phoned me to inform the car needs a new part and ask for this to go ahead. They phoned again to inform me the car was ready. Very, very good.

Unenthusiastic Service
My old Corolla was getting on a bit so with the scrappage scheme in full swing I thought I would see what my local Toyota dealership had to offer. The car range looked good but the sales staff didn't seem very keen and they didnt seem to take me seriously. I know I pulled up in a old banger and probably didn't look like I was flush with money but that's the whole reason I was there, to trade in my old car for a brand new one. Eventually after hanging around for best part of an hour I decided to pay a visit to a few other dealers.
