Went into Bentley's today and was left to stand around for 40minutes without so much as an acknowledgement from any member of staff, including one member of staff who sat in his office on his computer drinking coffee.
After sales service is the worst I have ever experienced.
I do not think the Service Department are very switched on to Customer needs they are to focused on there own bit of the job to look at the bigger picture and are not very helpful to us the Customer.
